Advertising Hoarding Sponsorship

The Te Awamutu racecourse, located on Racecourse Road, Te Awamutu is home to the Waipa Racing Club race meetings and trials as well as one meeting at Christmas for the Cambridge Te Awamutu Harness Racing Club. The track hosts eight race meetings and eight trials meetings each season and is also a popular event venue for functions and meetings in
Te Awamutu.

Points of interest:

• The weekly individual audience for the two Trackside Channels is over three quarters of a million viewers.
  
• Trackside Television Channels cover all race meetings and the hoarding signs are strategically placed to be captured during each event for the viewers identified above.
  
• The abundance of on course parking and the excellent viewing from the function lounges also gives great exposure to patrons on course.

The hoarding signage sites are available at a cost of $500.00 plus GST per annum and are offered with three year contracts and a right of renewal for a further three years. [Sign writing costs are the responsibility of the advertiser.] For further details please contact the Secretary / Manager.

You have naming rights to this race

DISPLAY AREA
An appropriate site will be made available for you to display banners and promote products or on course.

TELEVISION PROMOTION
The two Trackside Racing Channels will provide live nationwide exposure of the named race.

RACE DAY PRIVILEGES
Sponsors passes are enclosed. If required an area will be made available to entertain clients, guests and/or staff with relevant catering and liquor facilities provided to be charged back to the sponsor.

ADVERTISING
A full page advertisement will be provided in the racebooks adjacent to your race event.

SIGNAGE
The Waipa Racing Club will provide the sponsor with the opportunity to erect hoarding advertising at the racecourse.
These signs are strategically sited to attract Trackside television coverage each time a race is conducted. In addition they are well situated to provide local advertisingto race patrons and those people who attend functions and events on the racecourse.

PRESENTATIONS
You and your guests are invited to attend the Owners Shout Room immediately after the race to meet with the winning connections and present them with a voucher for a video/DVD of their race
